Challenge
E-commerce sellers frequently face false claims regarding missing items, wrong products, or damaged goods during shipping. Resolving dispute claims without concrete proof often results in significant financial losses and ruined customer reputation.
Features
- Mobile Scanner & Video Recorder: Easily scan shipping labels/barcodes to auto-record 720p compressed packing videos.
- Centralized Team Domain: Packer A and Packer B can record on separate mobile devices while sharing a unified store workspace gallery.
- Digital Verified Watermark: Automatic timestamp, Tracking ID, and certified watermark seal embedded into every video.
- Bill-Shock Protection (80%/90%): Auto-compress videos and smart storage alerts to prevent unexpected overage fees.
- Public Verification Portal: Share certified proof links directly with customers and courier logistics partners.
